Mitsu Araujo has an extensive background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Diretora de Pessoas e Organização at Niteo since August 2016. Mitsu is also the owner of Way Desenvolv. Humano. Previous experience includes positions such as Gerente de Projetos Corporativos at Instituto Chiavenato, Superintendente de Recursos Humanos at Natura Cosmeticos, and Secretaria Executiva Senior at Rhodia. Mitsu holds a Master's degree in Psico-Pedagogia from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and recently completed a Master's in Pedagogy, Psicoanálise e Psicoterapia at Centro Universitário Católico Italo Brasileiro.
