Rafael Moralles has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rafael is currently serving as the Chief Service Officer at Niteo, where they lead strategic direction and execution of service offerings in data analytics, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, business applications, and IT infrastructure. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, team leadership, and innovation, Rafael manages a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Rafael'sexpertise encompasses service strategy, client relationship management, quality assurance, and financial oversight. Prior to their current role, Rafael held positions as the COO at Niteo, where they were responsible for overseeing operations and establishing policies that promote company culture. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Niteo and was responsible for leading a technical team of approximately 50 professionals, maintaining key account relationships, and achieving significant revenue growth within two years. Rafael also gained experience as a Microsoft Pre Sales Specialist, engaging with customers, proposing software solutions, and developing POCs. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Tech Lead/Senior Developer at B2Br and as a Developer at T-Systems and Hexa Solution.
Rafael Moralles has a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FEI. In 2007, they completed a postgraduate degree in Service Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they attended ETE Getulio Vargas from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Technical degree in Electronics. Rafael Moralles also holds several certifications from Microsoft, including MCPD: Web Developer, MCTS in SharePoint development and configuration, and MCSD SharePoint Developer.
