NITEP Consultants

At NITEP Consultants, we bring over two decades of expertise in driving transformation, digital innovation, and strategic IT sourcing.

Our approach combines deep technological proficiency with a nuanced understanding of organizational diagnostics and cultural design.

With a proven track record, our team has successfully managed over 1,000 contracts, facilitated 450 RFPs (each with a TCV of €10M–€200M), and completed more than 150 consultancy missions worldwide. This experience underscores our commitment to excellence and the trust our clients place in us.

Specializing in corporate transformation strategies, we partner with General Management, CIOs, and cross-functional departments across France and internationally to reignite stalled digital transformations.

Clients consistently turn to us to expertly resolve disputes in IT sourcing contracts, ensuring smooth and effective project execution.

Through collaborative efforts, we have empowered large organizations to seamlessly adopt agile methodologies and integrate Generative AI into service management, driving substantial value and fostering innovation.

As members of the Global Sourcing Association (GSA UK) in London, we advocate for best practices in IT sourcing, including Agile Sourcing.

Our guiding principles: Trust, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile.
