Mike Sela

Mike Sela is currently a developer at Nitid. Mike has previously held the position of Head of Back-End Engineering at Social Capital LP, Chief Technology Officer at Atipica, and Senior Engineering Director at SurveyMonkey.

Mike has extensive experience in leading and improving engineering teams. Mike launched Social Capital's Engineering team and built the back-end of Capital As A Service, Social Capital's flagship product. Mike also oversaw and directed dramatic improvements in site performance and stability while also architecting an entirely new product line at Atipica. At SurveyMonkey, they ran weekly sprints, prototyped new features, reviewed code and data models, redesigned development workflows, and mentored engineers.
