Rob Calef is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Staffing Partner at Confluent Medical Technologies since March 2017, Rob oversees recruitment for various US facilities and is involved in the entire hiring process. Previously, Rob held significant HR roles at Confluent, including Human Resource Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager, managing HR functions and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at ChemArt, where Rob achieved notable accomplishments such as implementing an Affirmative Action Plan and co-chairing the Governor’s Workforce Board. Rob also worked as an HR Consultant/Recruiter for CUI Inc., and has earlier roles in human resources and sales. Rob holds a BA in Psychology/Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
