Shashank Shetty currently serves as the BMS Lead at NITKRacing, where responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and implementation of a custom Battery Management System for electric vehicles, focusing on battery safety, efficiency, and performance. Shashank also works as an Electronics Engineer at the Career Development Centre (CDC) NITK Surathkal, while holding the position of Internship Coordinator at IET NITK and serving as an executive member in the Rovisp SIG of IET NITK, specializing in electrical engineering.
