Frida Basma

Frida Basma is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Rådgiver at NITO - Norges Ingeniør- og Teknologorganisasjon since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing new courses, leading projects, and managing the LMS system. Prior to this role, Frida worked at Optimera AS as an HR- og opplæringskonsulent and HR-assistent, focusing on competence development and the administration of the company's LMS platform. Frida's academic background includes a Master's degree in Organization, Leadership and Work from the University of Oslo, complemented by executive training in strategy and a certification as a Mental Trainer Practitioner. Additional experience includes contributions to interdisciplinary projects during studies at the University of Oslo and research assistance at the Institute for Social Research.
