Håkon Åsenden

Håkon Åsenden is currently the Direktør fag og kompetanse at NITO, where they lead initiatives in professional development and organizational competence. With a background as a lektor holding a master's degree in political science, Håkon has extensive experience in various roles including advisor, regional leader, and head of the organizational department at Delta. Previously, Håkon worked in positions such as a leader at Negotia and an interviewer at Into-education, and has developed broad expertise in labor law, training, organizational development, HR, communication, and leadership.
