Inge Lykseth

Inge Lykseth currently serves as Regionsjef at NITO - Norges ingeniør- og teknologorganisasjon, the largest organization for engineers and technologists in Norway, since October 2023. Previously, Lykseth worked at HELSE NORD IKT, the largest IT company in Northern Norway, in various roles including Seniorrådgiver og fagansvarlig rekruttering and Rådgiver, contributing to the management and development of IT systems across eleven hospitals. Lykseth's earlier experience includes serving as an Officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces from June 1998 to August 2011. Lykseth is also pursuing education at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, with a focus on organizational leadership and psychology, building on prior studies in similar fields.
