Pål Langvik

Pål Langvik has worked in the construction industry since 1997, beginning as a part-time employee at a building supply store while attending secondary school. They became an apprentice carpenter in 1999 and eventually held positions as a foreman and estimator in 2004. Pål started their own construction company from 2007 to 2014 and pursued further education at Telemark Technical College from 2015 to 2017, along with specializations in valuation and claims assessment. Currently, they serve as a teacher at Fagskolen Vestfold og Telemark, a podcast producer for Fagskolepodden, and hold the role of chief union representative for NITO in Telemark County.
