Martin Davalos

Martin Davalos serves as the Director of Customer Success at Nitra since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various organizations. Previously, Martin held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Success (Scaled) at Cherry from April 2024 to June 2025 and managed customer success initiatives at Carta from September 2022 to April 2024. Martin's earlier roles include leading the Issue Resolution Team at Better and overseeing operations at Roots & Ladders LLC as Head of Creative and Partner. Educationally, Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Markets Innovation and Design from Bucknell University and a diploma in Creative Management Skills from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
