Tim Hwang is the Founder and CEO of FiscalNote, a global company that owns media and news company CQ Roll Call Group. Tim has led FiscalNote to become the largest tech employer headquartered in DC, with offices across DC, NYC, Baton Rouge, Brussels, India, and Seoul. FiscalNote's technology platform combines award-winning journalism with products and services that provide access to data, news, and analysis for all levels of government. Tim Hwang is also the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Nitra, an all-in-one finance company for the healthcare industry. Tim raised $62 million in funding for Nitra from various investors. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Ownerific. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Tim Hwang worked as a Founding Partner at Inauguration Capital, a single-family office focused on investing in various industries. Tim was also recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Prior to their career in business, Tim Hwang served as a Member of the Montgomery County Board of Education, managing a large budget and employees in the largest district in the state. Tim started their career as a Youth Regional Field Organizer for Obama for America, organizing young Americans in key battleground states during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Tim Hwang holds an A.B. in Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs from Princeton University. Tim also pursued an MBA degree from Harvard University. However, no specific start and end years for their education are provided.
