Renata Serra

Renata Serra serves as the HR Director at Nitro since September 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Prior roles include Head of HR at Ducoco Alimentos e Bebidas from August 2014 to September 2019, and HR Manager at both CVC Brasil from September 2010 to August 2014 and GP Investments from April 2009 to September 2010. Earlier in their career, Renata held HR Analyst positions at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis and TNG Comércio de Roupas Ltda., as well as at Graber Segurança. Renata's educational background includes an Advanced Boardroom Program for Women at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, an MBA from FIA, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from FECAP.
