Brad Thilges

Brad Thilges, CFA, currently serves as the Billing Operations Manager at Nitrogen since 2020, focusing on billing, user provisioning, and quote compliance while managing escalations with a stakeholder-centric approach. Prior experience includes roles at Riskalyze as Senior Director of Client Relationship Management, and Director of Enterprise Account Management, both aimed at empowering advisors in their businesses. At MSCI Inc., Brad held the position of Executive Director, Client Relationship Manager, where client engagement programs were developed to enhance retention. Additionally, Brad contributed to product management and marketing at FICO, Axioma, and MSCI Barra, leading teams in analytics and client service across various regions. Brad holds an MBA in Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
