Brian Gelfuso

Brian Gelfuso has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian began their career as a Sr. Recruiter/Assistant Branch Manager at Heuristics Search, where they conducted candidate interviews and provided career counseling. Brian then transitioned to All Covered as an Account/Business Development Executive before moving on to SharkRack as a National Account Manager.

In 2005, Brian joined Dynamic Staffing Inc., where they served as the Director VMS Operations - Recruiting Program Manager. Brian'sresponsibilities included overseeing all recruiting and talent acquisition operations for multiple vendor management programs. Brian also worked closely with clients' HR/Talent Acquisition departments to facilitate recruitment strategies and ensure compliance.

Brian's next role was at Act-On Software, Inc., where they served as the Head of Recruiting & People Business Partner. Brian led all global recruiting efforts and was the sole corporate recruiter for the organization.

Most recently, Brian worked at Nitrogen, first as the Director of Recruiting, responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring over 150 employees in the first year. Brian later progressed to the role of VP of Talent, where they led the broader People Operations function, including recruiting and cultivating a team of A-players and improving diversity in interview pools.

Brian Gelfuso attended California State University, Chico from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a certification in Internal Investigations from HRcertification.com in October 2015.
