Neha began their career in 2017 as a Human Resources Assistant at Social Media Today, LLC. In 2020, they joined NITS Solutions as a Human Resources Manager.

Neha completed their Bachelor's degree in Art Neha'story, Criticism and Conservation from Delhi University in 2015. Neha then proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from AMITY University Gurgaon, which they completed in 2017.
