Clifford Rober has a diverse professional background in civil engineering and project management, with experience spanning several decades. Clifford began with an education in Civil Engineering, earning a BS from Virginia Tech in 1980. Early career roles included office manager at Gunther Engineering and project manager at Beals and Thomas, Inc. From 1998 until retirement in 2021, Clifford owned Rober Survey. Clifford is currently a Senior Survey Project Manager at Nitsch Engineering, starting in April 2025, and has served as a State Referee for USSF Soccer since 1994. Contribution to the community includes serving as Scholarship Chair for Rotary Club of Bedford from 2012 to 2014 and performing as an alto saxophonist in St. Camillus Band from 1968 to 1974.
