Token Hu's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Co-Founder at Snail Animation Studio. In 2005, they became the WOWChina website design manager at The9 Limited. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Creative Director at ArtZineChina. After that, they worked as a UX Designer at Microsoft from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they became a Design Analyst at frog design from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they founded REDMIND INNOVATION CONSULTING where they served as the Founder and Creative Director until 2014.
