NiV is a hybrid and independent social enterprise based in Northern Ghana, advancing sustainable youth entrepreneurship as a pathway to economic independence and inclusive development.

We design and implement innovative social enterprise models that address youth unemployment, poverty, gender inequality, and climate-related challenges. Our approach integrates skills development, business incubation, mentorship, financial inclusion, and market access into one cohesive impact ecosystem.

Since 2020, NiV has transitioned from partnership-based livelihood implementation to building financially sustainable youth business hubs that empower young people particularly women and marginalized groups to start, grow, and sustain viable enterprises.

Our core interventions include:

• Youth skills training linked directly to market demand
• Business incubation and mentorship support
• Revolving funds and social credit facilities to improve access to capital
• Market linkage and enterprise development services
• Climate-responsive and community-driven enterprise solutions

We prioritize economic viability alongside measurable social outcomes, ensuring that the enterprises we support are not only impactful but sustainable beyond project cycles.

NiV seeks strategic partnerships with donors, impact investors, foundations, and development agencies committed to scalable, locally led solutions that drive long-term economic transformation in Northern Ghana.
