Additionally, Peter is a Professor of Sustainable Dairy and Food Processing at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and Director of Processing for Circular Agriculture at the Institute for Sustainable Process Technology, focusing on sustainable agri-food systems. With prior experience in business development and project leadership, Peter has a strong background in chemical engineering, holding a PhD from Delft University of Technology and further education in leadership at INSEAD.
