Robyn Eijlander is an experienced Science Innovation Manager at NIZO, leading research into strategic business opportunities and translating innovation results to meet market demands. They have extensive experience as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager in microbiology, specializing in the detection and characterization of microbial contaminants in food ingredients. Prior to their current role, Robyn worked as a PostDoc focusing on the processes of bacterial sporulation and germination, as well as protein secretion via the Twin-arginine translocation pathway. They hold a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from the University of Groningen.
