Ian Fallstich

Ian Fallstich, PHR, is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in program management and teaching. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Partner & Program Development at New Jersey Center For Teaching and Learning since November 2017, Ian also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary at New Jersey Charter School Education Partnership. Previous roles include Chief School Administrator and Chief Academic Officer at LEAP Academy University Charter School and CEO/Superintendent at M.E.T.S. Charter School, featuring extensive experience in curriculum development and educational leadership. Ian's teaching experience spans various subjects, including Honors Biology and Honors Physics, and includes positions as a middle school math and science teacher. Educational credentials include a Post Masters Principal Certification from Caldwell University and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Kean University.
