Jim Varner has over 20 years of experience in various sales and leadership roles. Jim is currently working at Njevity, Inc. as a Cloud Solutions Architect. Previously, they worked at Iron Mountain as a Cloud Pricing and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for creating pricing and sales tools for Iron Cloud products. Before that, they worked at RES Software as the US Channel Operations Manager, handling contracting, ordering, and license renewals. Jim also worked as a Channel Manager at RES Software, where they signed up and onboarded numerous partners and managed all partners in the western half of the US. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Njevity, Inc., where they focused on generating and qualifying leads for ERP and CRM systems. Jim also worked at MSN Communications and ISC, Inc. as an Account Manager, where they achieved significant sales milestones and built strong relationships with key vendors. Jim started their career at Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Data Overlay Rep.
Jim Varner attended Colorado State University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their studies focused on Creative Writing and Business Information Systems.
