David Steiner

David Steiner, PMP, is a Senior Manager and Project Management Professional with over 33 years of experience in managing programs, operations, and personnel for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Currently retired since December 2022, David has held various leadership roles at NJVC-LLC since May 2008, including General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Program Manager/Business Executive. Prior to that, David served as President and Project Manager at BAE Systems from October 1985 to April 2008. David holds an MBA in Operations Research from Drexel University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
