Tonya McPhaul

Tonya McPhaul is a seasoned business operations analyst with extensive experience in program control and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at NJVC-LLC since May 2006. In this role, Tonya collaborates with various stakeholders, including Directors and Program Managers, to deliver financial expertise to the National Geospatial and Intelligence Agency (NGA). Prior to NJVC-LLC, Tonya held the position of Project Controller at Unisys Corporation, where financial guidance was provided throughout the TSA contract lifecycle. Tonya's career began at CGI-AMS, INC as a Financial Account Manager, overseeing invoicing and revenue reporting for Federal Government clients. Tonya is an alumnus of Winston-Salem State University.
