Established in 1995 by Specialist Orthodontist Dr Nick Kotsomitis, NK Orthodontist has been transforming Brisbane smiles for 31 years. Our practice is built on the core principle of personalised patient care, ensuring that every individual is seen by Dr Nick at every single appointment. This commitment to non delegated treatment allows our patients to benefit directly from the expertise of one of Brisbane’s most experienced specialists who has successfully treated over 11,500 patients throughout his career.

Operating from our bespoke, state-of-the-art facilities in Chermside and Spring Hill, we provide a comprehensive range of orthodontic solutions tailored to the unique needs and lifestyles of children, teens, and adults. Our clinical expertise encompasses traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces, and premium aligner systems including both Invisalign and Spark. We believe in a conservative and efficient approach to treatment planning, often providing second opinions that focus on achieving exceptional results without the need for the removal of teeth.

At NK Orthodontist, we stay at the leading edge of orthodontic innovation to ensure maximum precision and patient comfort. Our practice integrates advanced technologies such as digital 3D scanning and printing, indirect bonding, and robotic wire bending. These tools, combined with Dr Nick’s decades of hands on experience and a dedication to the Hippocratic oath, ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a respectful and supportive environment.

For the convenience of our patients, we offer onsite digital x-rays, HICAPS health fund claiming, and free off street parking. We are dedicated to restoring self confidence through functional and aesthetic excellence, proving that a successful outcome goes well beyond just straight teeth.
