Anna Kotschi

Anna Kotschi has extensive work experience in recruiting, employer branding, and personal marketing. Anna is currently employed at NKD Group, where they hold the position of Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding. Prior to this role, they worked as the Team Leader for Recruiting and Employer Branding at the same company. Before joining NKD Group, they worked as a Recruiting and Employer Branding Specialist at Pollmeier Massivholz and as a Personal Recruiter at Allianz. Anna also gained experience in personal and university marketing during their time at BAUR Versand. Anna started their career as a student assistant specializing in invoice auditing and accounting at W. Markgraf GmbH & Co KG.

Anna Kotschi began their education at the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hof in 2014, where they studied Wirtschaftsrecht. Anna completed this course of study in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Anna pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL - Personal & Organisation at the same institution.
