Sonja Šimunec is a seasoned professional in retail real estate expansion, currently serving as the Founder of The Bitery since 2020 and the Head of Expansion for Croatia and Slovenia at NKD Group. Previously, Sonja held several key positions at adidas Group, including Senior Project Manager for Real Estate in Western Europe Markets and Senior Manager for Real Estate in Europe, from 2015 to 2022.
