Francesca Wilkinson

Francesca Wilkinson is a passionate and enthusiastic Organisational Psychologist currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at NKD. With a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, Francesca has a strong focus on Transformational Leadership, leadership development, and performance coaching. Previously, as a Leadership, Learning, and Culture Senior Consultant at EY Lane4, they led significant initiatives in hybrid working and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Francesca has facilitated training for global leaders and co-chairs the UK&I Sustainability Shadow Board at EY, advocating for sustainable practices. They also created the @methodinthemadnessblog to make workplace psychology more accessible and engaging.
