Kate Flowerdew

Kate Flowerdew is currently the Solutions Director at NKD and the founder of Sugar Fixed, where they serve as a Nutrition & Wellbeing Coach. With international experience, Kate transitioned to workplace wellbeing in 2010, focusing on helping businesses foster thriving environments for their employees. Previously, they held roles as Head of Talent and Business & Wellbeing Coach, and have worked extensively in recruitment. Kate holds a Master of Business Coaching from the University of Wollongong and multiple coaching and nutrition qualifications. As a dedicated working parent, they are passionate about making coaching and wellbeing accessible to new mothers navigating the workplace.
