Sue Stoneman

Founder & Chair at NKD

Sue Stoneman is the current Founder & CEO of NKD. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Transformation Director for Terra Firma Capital Partners from May 2001 to June 2005. In this role, they were part of the deal team who assessed potential acquisitions from an HR and operational perspective. Sue also recruited the new Top Team and helped them establish a 100 day transformation plan. Sue then joined the Board of acquired companies to monitor company performance and prepare the organisation for eventual exit. Her last deal was the acquisition and integration of Odeon and UCI cinemas.

Before working at Terra Firma Capital Partners, Sue Stoneman was the Director Transformational Change at Barclays Bank from January 1999 to February 2001. Before that, they were the Head of Training at British Airways from January 1992 to December 1994.

Sue Stoneman has a Masters of Philosophy in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
