Daniel Yoong

Daniel Yoong is an experienced HR leader, currently serving as the Senior Manager and HR Lead at NKF Singapore, where they oversee HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services while driving alignment with the organization's mission. Previously, Daniel held roles as Vice President of HR Business Partner at Mizuho and HR Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic, supervising career consultancy for graduating HR students. Daniel has a solid educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Distinction from RMIT University and a Diploma in HR Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. They are also passionate about enhancing HR's impact on business performance and developing people strategies that foster engagement and retention. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and engaging in musical pursuits over coffee.
