Emma Ryber

Emma Ryber has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Emma is currently the Director of Production Technology & Maintenance at NKT. Prior to this, they held the position of Program Manager at SkyHigh and Cluster Manager at NKT. In 2017, they worked as a Global Project Manager at NKT Cables Group. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at ABB HVC. Emma also has experience as a Consultant at Technogarden Engineering AB and as an Entrepreneurial Engineer/Process Owner at Infranord. Emma started their career as a Telephone Operator at Polisen and later worked as a Travers Driver at SSAB. Emma also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Alcontrol Laboratories.

Emma Ryber attended Luleå tekniska universitet from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Civilingenjör with a specialization in Teknisk design - produktionsinriktning. In 2023, they also obtained a certification in Fast Track for Emerging Female Leaders from Headspring Executive Development.
