Kira Johnson

Kira Johnson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NKT. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Welltec from September 2015 to August 2021. Kira was also the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Welltec from June 2012 to August 2015, where they were responsible for compensation and benefits worldwide, global incentive programs, global mobility, and tax compliance for all international assignees, short term as well as long term employees. Kira has also worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG from October 2008 to October 2012, where they were responsible for HR Advisory Services. From January 2006 to October 2008, they were the Head of HR Advisory at Dansk Erhverv/Danish Charmber of Commerce. Kira has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Dansk Erhverv/Danish Charmber of Commerce from January 2004 to December 2006 and as a Consultant from September 2001 to December 2004.

Kira Johnson attended the International HRM Academy at King's College London, U. of London. Kira majored in HRM and HD at the University of Southern Denmark and Copenhagen Business School. Kira also has a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Københavns Universitet.

They work with Claes Westerlind - Executive Vice President, Head of HV Solutions Karlskrona, Line Andrea Fandrup - CFO, and Lukas Sidler - Executive Vice President, Head of HV Solutions Cologne. Their manager is Alexander Kara, President & Chief Executive Officer.
