Paula Sousa

Paula Sousa has extensive experience in human resources and communication, beginning with a role as Press Office Responsible at CAM - Clube Automóvel do Minho from July 1994 to June 2004, where responsibilities included media contact and the creation of press materials. Paula worked at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, S.A. in various HR roles from 2010 to 2023, ultimately serving as Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational development. Additional experience includes responsibilities in finance and administration at MCTM - Meios de Comunicação e Tecnologias Multimédia from 2000 to 2002 and Managing Training Coordination at MotoMeter Portuguesa, Lda. from 2004 to 2006. Paula Sousa holds a degree in Comunicação Social from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 1994 and 1999. Currently, Paula is serving as HR Senior Business Partner at NKT, starting in July 2025.
