Thomas Förster

Thomas Förster is a Managing Director of Human Resources with extensive experience in international matrix organizations and mid-sized companies. They served as Head of Inpatriation at Bayer from 2001 to 2005, and later held roles at Covestro as a Global HR Business Partner and HR Manager Projects until 2010. Förster was the Head of HR at ENERVIE from 2012 to 2014, and went on to lead HR efforts at GE Power and Novelis before joining NKT in 2022 as HR Director Germany and HR Business Partner for HV Solutions. They hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operation Management from the Professional School of Economics.
