Kumar Satyam

Kumar Satyam is an experienced recruitment and client relations professional currently serving as Associate Director and Account Manager at NLB Services since June 2014. Leading a team of 10, Kumar is responsible for hiring across all functions in the US market and managing key client relationships. Previously, Kumar held the position of Team Lead Recruitment, focusing on US IT recruitments, as well as Technical Recruiter, where expertise was developed in interpreting job requirements to match candidates effectively. Prior to NLB Services, Kumar worked as a Technical Support Engineer at MTS Group, engaging with customers and handling admission call activities. Kumar is pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management at DY Patil University, following a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Uttrakhand Technical University.
