Rafat Othman

Rafat Othman is a seasoned professional in the lighting industry, currently serving as a Senior Projects Sales Engineer at NLC since 2018, where Rafat leads large-scale lighting projects for major clients such as ARAMCO, SEC, SABIC, and RC, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized lighting solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Lighting Applications Engineer at sesco from November 2011 to December 2024, focusing on lighting design and building relationships with consultants and owners through seminars and presentations. Rafat also worked as a Technical and Sales Engineer at Al-Manara Electric Trad Co from November 2009 to December 2010, managing sales processes and project delivery, and as a Technical & Sales Engineer at World Of Lights from July 2008 to November 2009, designing and programming advanced lighting control systems. Rafat holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Power Specialization from Tafila Technical University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
