Steve Berry

Steve Berry is the Managing Director and Head of Credit NAV at NLC, a role they began in 2025, specializing in asset-backed financing for alternative funds. They served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Sea-Changers from 2023 to 2025. Previously, Steve held director positions at Banca IMI and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as a Division Director role in Fund Capital at Macquarie Asset Management from 2020 to 2025. Steve is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Durham University while also having attended Whitgift School.
