Tim Steele

Tim Steele is a Partner at NLC, where they focus on structuring and capital execution for the fund finance loan portfolio and investor funding channels since 2023. Previously, Tim served as Head of Structured Alternatives and non-US Residential Investments at AIG from 2018 to 2023, overseeing a team in managing a diverse portfolio. Tim's earlier roles include Chartered Accountant at the UK National Audit Office from 2004 to 2007, and various investment positions at AIG, including Managing Director. Tim holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and is a chartered accountant and CFA charterholder.
