Casper Copper

Casper Copper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Senior Public Affairs & Public Policy Manager at NLdigital since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Public Affairs network, overseeing public policy for education, and heading the tech-platform committee. Additionally, Casper holds a position as an Advisory Board Member for Stichting HBO-i, contributing to the ICT studies within Dutch universities of applied sciences. Prior to this, Casper worked at Google from 2016 to 2022 in various capacities, including Public Affairs Program Manager for Northern Europe and Senior Account Manager, where management of high-value Google Ads clients was a primary focus. Casper’s career began with an internship in marketing at HEINEKEN in 2014. Education includes a Master of Science in Political Sciences: International Relations from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
