Kate Silhol

Kate Silhol has a solid background in software engineering and leadership roles. Kate began their career as a Software Engineer at Advanced Technology Systems in May 2002 and worked there until November 2004. Kate then joined Nlets - The International Justice and Public Safety Network as a Lead Software Engineer for nearly 14 years, from November 2004 to June 2018. Kate then took on the role of Software Engineering Manager at Nlets from June 2018 to February 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at Nlets, a position they have held since February 2020.

Kate Silhol received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University between 1998 and 2002. Later on, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield between 2016 and 2018. During the same period, they also obtained Graduate Certificates in Business Process Management and IT Project Management from the University of Illinois Springfield.
