Michelle Kiefer

Michelle Kiefer is an experienced professional in criminal justice and training, currently serving as an eLearning Training Associate at Nlets since November 2022, where responsibilities include creating online training modules and maintaining the Nlets website. Prior to this, Kiefer worked at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for over 26 years in various roles, including CJIS Consultant II, Research & Training Specialist, Computer Crime Analyst, Public Information Officer, and Crime Intelligence Technician, providing law enforcement support and developing training curricula. Earlier experience includes a position as Work Release Program Assistant to the Director at Bay County Clerk of Court and as a Probation Officer with the Salvation Army Corrections Department. Kiefer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Gulf Coast State College.
