Ирина Бевз

Ирина Бевз is the Director of Talent Management at NLMK Group, a position held since 2015. Previously, they served as Head of Learning and Development at Gazprom Neft from 2013 to 2015. Ирина has extensive experience in HR consulting, having worked as a Key Account Director at SHL Russia and as a freelance HR consultant serving major clients like SABMiller and Microsoft. They also held the role of Senior HR Manager at Microsoft from 2010 to 2013, where they led various strategic HR initiatives. Ирина earned a degree in Clinical Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University between 1991 and 1996.
