Mirjam Ros

Mirjam Ros is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal counsel, operations, and business transformation across various sectors. Currently, Mirjam holds multiple roles including Collaborative Innovation & Partnering in Ecosystems at nlmtd and serves as a Business Coach for the EU Defense Innovation Scheme at the European Commission. Additionally, Mirjam provides expertise as a Business Coach for the Green Chemistry Accelerator and the Fastlane Accelerator. As the founder of Sparkling Eyes Innovation since 2019, Mirjam has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to these roles, Mirjam held several directorial positions at Airbus Netherlands B.V., including Director Operations and Director Human Resources, and worked as a Legal Counsel at TNO Science and Industry and Heerema Fabrication Group. Mirjam holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from Leiden University and a Master's degree in Public Policy & Public Administration from the University of Twente.
