Roos Spekman currently serves as an Innovation Manager at nlmtd since October 2025. Previously, Roos held the role of Head of New Business and Transformation Program Manager at Ecorus from November 2023 to September 2025, focusing on strategic propositions for solar innovation and sustainability. With a strong background in business development, Roos was the Country Manager for Belgium at Dopper from December 2018 to July 2023, overseeing local strategy adaptation and team leadership to promote Dopper's mission for plastic-free oceans. Other experiences include roles as Manager Change & Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Dopper, as well as co-founding the Buy Social program. Roos has also contributed to multiple organizations, including Kirkman Company and Social Impact Factory, while being recognized as a selected member of the Sustainable Young Top 100 NL in 2018. Roos holds a Master's degree in Public Management and a Bachelor's degree in Governance and Organizational Studies from Utrecht University.
