Tom Maes is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at nlmtd since 2018, Tom previously held the position of Partner at Spark Improvement from December 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, Tom was the COO of Fudura B.V. for six years, after serving as a Project Manager and Management Trainee at Enexis. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from owning TME between January 2006 and February 2009. Tom Maes holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Financial Management from TIAS School for Business and Society, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, attained in 2007. Early education includes a VWO diploma from Theresia Lyceum Tilburg.
