Marnix Heida has extensive experience in organizational development and training, serving as the Owner of NLtraining since 2005 and as a Partner at Provijf since January 2013. Marnix held the position of Chairperson at Stichting KerstZwolle from July 2018 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Marnix worked as an Educational Consultant at Stork Academy from 2002 to 2005, providing strategic advice to Stork companies on employee development. Marnix began the professional career as a P&O Consultant at Altrex from 1999 to 2001. Marnix holds educational credentials from Windesheim (1996-2001) and Factoor Zwolle (1993-1996).
