Previously, they served in key roles at Tata Communications, Avaya, and Bandwidth Inc., where they focused on product management and innovative telecommunications solutions. Michael also held various positions in companies such as SBC Communications and Microsoft/Skype Division, where they contributed to advancements in Software Defined Networking. They earned a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from Colorado State University.
