Cecelia Thomas

Cecelia Thomas serves as the Chief Policy and Advocacy Officer at NMAC, a position held since October 2025, and previously held the role of Vice President at Venn Strategies. With extensive experience in government relations, Cecelia worked as Senior Government Relations Manager at Trust for America's Health, focusing on lobbying for increased research and funding for infectious diseases and collaborating on vaccine policy within the Adult Vaccine Access Coalition. Additional experience includes legislative roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the U.S. House of Representatives, advising on policy issues and legislative priorities. Cecelia also served in the Obama Administration and participated in presidential campaigns. Cecelia holds a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
